Dunno why, can't sleep well for the past few nites.. sighh... yesterday slept near 4am.. couldn't sleep at all.. woke up in the middle of the nite and read story book. Reading this book called "in the grip of grace" by max lucado. Very nice and interesting book. Hmmmm.. now i love reading.. haaa... this is the fourth book i read in this holiday.
Hmmm.. had net in the afternoon. Only the faithful 3 again.. josh, cj and celine. So glad they are always the faithful ones.... heee.. Then CJ's mum cooked curry.. nice nice.. juz the rite time.. cos didn't have lunch at all.. so ate curry and bread for lunch.
Went for afternoon prayer.. it was all abt mission.. got a bit sian halfway, so went up to the video room and chit chat abit for like 10 min with all the conferencing "uncles" haaaa... Hmm.. guess only left this mth that i'll have the previlege to go into the video room.. hee...
After that went dinner with the R6 gang.. with pam, sharon, eric, jason. Wah.. go out with them, spent alot of money man.. spent more than $20 in juz one nite... on food and transport. Rich kids from R6.. poor mouse from R5..haaaa...
Hmmm.. ask alot of biblical questions today.. was asking abt wat it meant by us being chosen..abt some bible verses and of cos the preaching that was shared at the edge yesterday. Hmmm.. like CJ, i was abit blur abt the preaching.. so decided to ask to clear my doubt. Hmmm.. CJ.... actually, the preacher is juz trying the get the principles across to us. It's actually thru the story of david and goliath.. that when david put his confidence in God.. he will be a winner.. it's more to a spiritual aspect. And thus we need to have a winning attitude.. putting our confidence in God.. it doesn't means that if we dun win, we fail.. it might juz be God trying to break something in us and we need to "press on towards the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus". Hmmm.. hope wat i say isn't confusing and out of point.. hope it makes sense. Any comments???
Oh.. and the net lesson.. celine u asked abt if God show goodness to sinners. Yes, God shows goodness to sinners but like we said in the net.. in a different way. And one more thing.. we can only experience God's goodness if we believe it. Guess for unbeliever, they dun even know God, so in a way, how do they know that is God showing it's goodness. Make sense? Juz like if God is good to u, but u dun acknowledge it, and u think that it's bcos of pure luck.. u will never think that God is good to u.. cos u dun believe it... Blahh.. dunno if u guys understand what i'm saying.. haaaa... hope it doesn't make u all more blur and out of doctrine.. haaaa... =) If u all blur.. then juz ignore what i said.. can't put it correctly in words.. haaaa...
