I saw a pregnant lady standing in the mrt train this morning. The train was quite packed and no one gave up their seats to this lady. She was juz standing right in front of a young guy who was happily sitting down and reading his comics. I really much wanted to go up to him and ask him to be more considerate but I was too afraid to be embarrassed cos i dun know if he did offered the seat to her before i boarded the train. I could see alot of eyes looking at this guy but guess everyone was just like me... darent say anything...finally after a long while, there was another lady who started asking this pregnant lady quite loudy (think she did it on purpose) if she wants to find herself a seat and said that the train was quite jerky. And i saw from the side, the guy was kind of panicky and embarrassed, he started offering his seat.. but the pregnant lady rejected. Sighhh.... dun understand these pple.. must wait for pple to hint then will offer... seeing someone more in need and yet pretend not to see. Dun they have a heart??
Anyway, was supposed to be on duty for prayer mtg today... thot of leaving my work either 10 min earlier or on the dot and who knows... suay suay got to OT, so took a cab down and it caused me $10 to get there cos of all the jams and guess what....... reached there, someone took over my duty and so i need not do anything.. was kind of angry at myself intially...thought i shld have juz continued working till 7pm and then go home and rest since i'm sick and if i know i would end up not being on duty and i could have saved my money. =p Somemore tmr still got leaders mtg so really no time to rest. But anyway, prayer mtg was good. Thank God i didnt missed it. Once again, the worship team and the intercessors were being prayed for and after that we formed a circle and prayed for the Guam team. Following that, we formed a tunnel and prayed for all the parents and then the Houston team. It was so awesome. Really prayed and prayed...think at least got 15min or more... till at the end i felt that my jaws were abit sore..haa... It feels good too... not on the receiving end everytime but to pray for others and be on the giving end. =D
